False sale prices listed. A rack of flannel shirts said $25 with all discounts. One of those had a mark down to $40. With 30% off, 0.7x$40=$28, so "$25 sale price" is a lie. Sales rep says "that's as close as the sign could get." Worse, two shirts under that sign were $54.50, no mark-down. With sale, 0.7x$54.50=$38.15, much higher than $25. The employee was nice enough; corporate or store manager is responsible IMO. Clothes are very good, no complaints there. However you cut it, $28 != $25. Also, 30% at register is not shown on a per-item basis, just total. They're hoping you don't look too closely at the math.

Duluth flagship store! Street parking but there's extra parking in the back. (We didn't know until we left) We are a Duluth family so it was a fun surprise to see this was on our trip route. Three store spaces.. one is mens, second is a mix of men's, random accessories, books, bath/body and the antique tool display, and the third is women's clothes. It was a fun spot! Staff was friendly putting out some of the new Christmas jammies.

I have a pair of these that I thought I was quite pleased with until they literally began falling apart at the seams. I contacted customer service about this and provided pics of the the problem. I was informed that unless I could prove that I bought my $80 DTC shorts from DTC (duh) that they would in no way stand behind their product. Nice. Pretty poor service for an upper end product that is literally falling apart to a frequent customer. No worries, fool me once. "No Bull Guarantee" Yea right, that’s funny.

Great place, excellent quality, pricey and I rarely find what I need unfortunately. Runs big and I don't care for the colors they make for the women's clothes nor the patterns. I'm a woman who likes simple patterns, the blues and forest greens greys,etc ... which always seem to be what they give to the men's clothes! The women's small is too big so I couldn't get the men's if I wanted to. Still going back on occasion though!
